Henri Sizaret

STRATEGY & MARKETING

Over 30 years of international marketing experience in Europe and Asia as Marketing Director with Philip Morris and Diageo, and as VP Marketing for the Symington Family Estates. Henri’s achievement include reinforcing the leadership position of Marlboro in France, accelerating Johnnie Walker Black Label growth in Europe and reigniting Graham’s Port growth. Henri has lived in Peru, Brazil, Chile, Italy, France and The Netherlands before coming to Porto in 2010 and establishing Brand Reveal in 2014. BBA, MSc.

Pierre Courbon

STRATEGY & DESIGN

Having lived 7 years in Taiwan, Pierre has built his marketing experience with L’Oréal and Hennessy before venturing in the entrepreneurial world with spirits brands and maverick French wine Chamarré. Pierre founded Megusta in 2007 a Paris based agency specialising Strategy, Design and Communications for drink brands with clients such as Nicolas Feuillatte, Henri Maire, Rémy Cointreau, Negrita, Tekirdag, or La Bête craft beer. Nick Carr

STRATEGY & COMMERCIAL

Nick has worked on many of the worlds most famous Beer and Spirit Brands at Bass Plc, IDV, Seagram and Diageo in senior Strategy, Marketing and Commercial roles. Nick was instrumental in the growth of Buchanan’s in Latin American, The Singleton relaunch and Talisker repositioning before driving the Pricing agenda at Diageo as Global Director of Pricing and Promotion. Nick lived in Greece, Spain, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Amsterdam. Nick established Carr & Co in London in 2015. BSc., MBA.

Nicole Schumann

CREATIVITY & DESIGN RESEARCH

Nicole began her marketing career at Procter & Gamble in Frankfurt before focusing on family life in France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Portugal. Nicole has concentrated her expertise in the field of identity and image for public organizations, such as schools in Portugal, Spain, and Abu Dhabi. Since 2018, Nicole has been collaborating with creative professionals, teachers, and design students in colleges in Porto and the Netherlands to develop skills and creation techniques through the Feldenkrais method.

Steve Wilson

BRAND & PRODUCT INNOVATION

Former Global Head of Innovation Diageo with over 45 years’ experience in the creation of global brands from concepts to launch like Baileys Irish Cream, Bombay Sapphire, Malibu, Smirnoff Ice, Johnnie Walker Double Black or Ciroc. Steve skill set includes liquid development, research, quality control and production management. Steve holds pioneered the Lo No category with the creation of Purdey’s, Dexter’s or Seedlip. Clients include Diageo, Kraft Foods, Britvic, Jose Cuervo and Loch Lomond.

Kate Stapleton

CONCEPT, DESIGN & NAMING

Kate has worked as a designer for both large and small London based design companies, covering both graphic and structural developments. Kate’s experience has been Johnnie Walker, Buchanan’s, Windsor, Old Parr, Rowson’s Reserve and Graham’s Port. Her experience also includes new product development for Nestlé and Cadbury brands. Since 2016 Kate works as an independent design consultant. GND, HND.
